Cobalt Ribboned Mesh Inset Dress M/L

Perfection. Intense cobalt blue crepe knit dress with a strong puffed shoulder and genius ribboned sheer detailing over the bust and sleeves. There is a lot of size range in this piece, and enough stretch to stay comfortable while still looking totally glam. By label Pat Sandler for Wellmore, made in USA, circa late 1970s.

• Unlined, mostly opaque aside from sheer panels
