A novelty print #polybutgreat moment. Drapey tunic style topper with detailed print of Matisse-esque ladies hanging at tables wearing gorgeous print dresses and drinking. So good. Relatively simple silhouette with small shoulderpads, pointed collar, wide hem with side slits, and glossy buttons down the front. By label Top Notch, made in USA, circa 1980s.
