Lace Ruffle Belled Top XS-M
Vintage netted lace long sleeve blouse with full double ruffle collar and dramatic flared cuffs matching the peplum. The sheer mesh material is embroidered with small whimsical flowers. No labels, possibly homemade, nice quality, circa 1970s.
