Literally traffic stopping. Firey red sequined column dress with mega shoulderpads and a long lean silhouette. The tiny sequins have a flowing helix design and are framed with bugle bead trim around the high neckline, short sleeves and back slit. By label Laurence Kazar, New York, made in India, circa 1980s/90s.
