Midnight black flare skirt with a cool optical square jacquard design in the fabric, topped off with randomly placed lace circle insets. Low rise stretchy lingerie style waistband. Interesting design, very y2k! By label Sandra Paez, made in Brazil, circa 1990s/2000s.
