Ikat Cotton Weave Puff Dress M

Gem of a dress. Thick cotton woven ikat fabric with hearty puff sleeves, a close square cut neckline and deep pockets at the hip. The waistline has gathering above and below, with a handy attached sash to cinch as tight as you like. Sweet tiered ruffle at the hemline. No labels, appears handmade, circa 1970s/80s.
