Dream status dusty blue sheer lace princess dress with a high neck low back bodice (can be worn the other way around too!), above a double layer of mega flared ruffled lace. The peaked hem adds another level of drama to the voluminous flow. No labels, just a content/care tag, from Free People, circa 2010s.
