Bold and beautiful RWB graphic striped and dotted shirtwaist dress with a cool pleated texture and light feel. Short collar bodice has fabric covered buttons down the front, cuffed sleeves, stretchy waist and a matching (removable) sash to cinch as desired. By label Lady Carol of New York, circa 1970s.
