Bamboo Fringe Dangles

Extra long and dangly vintage '90s bamboo metal fringe earrings. The cascading tubes are trimmed with pearly white beads and little flat charms that make a lovely chime sound when moved. Attached to a simple hoop top. No markings, costume quality.
