Gorgeous deep azure blue dress with an extra flowy midi hemline grounded by some strong shoulderpads and tonal buttons down the entire front. Utilitarian design with side pockets, chest patch pocket, wide short sleeves, stretchy waist and matching belt. By label E.D. Michaels, made in USA, circa 1980s/90s.
