Vintage lightweight tea dress with robust print featuring *all the flowers* on a midnight blue background. Dramatically flowy hem with pleats for volume and pockets for the win. Nicely detailed but still casual, with fluttering sleeves, a wide dipped yoke at the waist and 3 decorative fabric covered buttons under the scoop neck. From label E.D. Michaels by Melanie Drucker, made in USA, circa early 1990s.
