Carnival Circle Skirt S

✨Vintage ivy green paisley patterned skirt with interesting multi-panel construction met with a full circle hem connected by scalloped seamwork. The paisley pattern is so intricate and in the most perfect fall colors. The skirt looks handmade, but is very well made.
