Carol, we love her! Soft and romantic cotton garden party dress with a wonderful watercolor floral print and classic 80s detailing. Roomy blouse, wide notched collar, angled waist yoke and extremely voluminous skirt. Plus pockets for the win! By Carol Anderson of California, made in USA, circa 1980s.

• Excellent condition, no notable flaws, no belt included, this probably had shoulderpads in the past but no longer has any
