Romantic 90s girl vintage satin skirt with flouncey trumpet hem and dreamy watercolor rose print. Silky champagne hue is covered with purple roses, honey color stems and olive leaves. Nicely fitted with a high waist and darts to define, then flared hem for an extra kick. No maker label, circa 1990s.
