Indian Cotton Ruffle Dress S/M

This dress said ruffles, plaid, tiered layers, jeweltones AND metallic. All of it is present in this lightweight semi-sheer cotton frock. Deep ivy and violet shades with hints of gold throughout, playful ruffles line with collar, shoulders and cuffs, then the skirt has double tiered flowy action. By label Four Seasons, made in India, circa 1980s.
