Painterly Floral Mini S

Nice swingy little mini skirt with a moody floral print and flutter at the hemline. Minimal waist with a bit of stretch. Wear all year round - chunky sweater and tights in the winter to sandals and a cropped tee in the summer. No label, circa 1990s.
