Pleated Knit Scarf Dress M/L

Collegiate with a twist soft knit dress with cheeky matching tartan scarf/belt sporting fringe on the ends. Nicely tailored with a high neckline, darted bodice, cuffed long sleeves and crisp accordion pleats along the preppy plaid flared skirt. The label is partially cut out, circa 1960s/70s.
