Vintage woodstock era suede fringe micro mini skirt, clearly made with love <3 Wrapping kilt style fit has double buckles and lace up holes at the waistband to adjust as needed. Best worn slightly lower on the hips, because the hem is extra short. O-ring hardware with suede streamers and iron-on sun patch for some extra flair.
