Floral Stencil Stripe 1930s Dress S/M

Charming cotton housedress with so much flair, and flare! Amazing puffed sleeves with paneled ruching down the center. High square neckline, brass zipper down the middle, matching sash belt and generous flare to there. No labels (except size tag), circa late 1930s.
