Laura Ashley Basque Waist Cotton Dress XS
An absolute stunner by our girl, Laura Ashley. Crafted from gorgeous cotton chintz fabric in a robust yet demure slate blue and lavender floral, with subtle specks of mossy green and ivory throughout. The neckline is absolute killer - featuring a wide pleated panel that wraps around the shoulder and over the back, with fabric covered elastic underneath to hold her in place. Then the princess seamed bodice dips to a pointed basque waist in front and back, with boning to leave you totally snatched. The skirt has deep boxy pleats and generous flare to there for a delicate tea time twirl. By label Laura Ashley, made in Great Britain, circa 1980s.
