Majorly dramatic ruched and tiered strapless dress in vivid cobalt blue animal print silk no less. Bustier style bodice has textured gathering down to the dropped waistline, with opulent silk flower bunch on the side, and ultra full crinoline lined layered skirt. Impeccable. By label A.J. Bari, made in Korea, circa 1980s.
