Sequined Key Off Shoulder Dress L

A simple and well tailored little black dress is elevated to beyond with a fully sequined off shoulder "cuff collar" in a classic greek key design. There are small elastic bands under the cap sleeves to secure the collar, and princess seam construction for a curve hugging fit. By label A.J. Bari, made in Hong Kong, circa 1990s.
