Bill Tice strikes again, with this super fine all silk swishy sack complete with a low slit neckline beneath the adjustable drawstring collar, rich tonal embroidered sleeves and extra long sweeping length, all in a very deep, very sultry shade of red. By label Bill Tice for Lord & Taylor, made in India, circa 1970s.
