Blooming 3pc Pant Suit XS-M

I'd just like to know the story behind who made this set, for who, and did they wear it?? Sleek 3 piece slinky poly knit ensemble with a capped sleeve top, fitted long "jacket" and high waisted flares. All with a pretty watercolor floral print. No labels, homemade, circa 1970s.

• Size XS-M (see measurements)
• Nylon or poly, soft smooth jersey knit, very slight sheen
• All pieces are unlined and mostly opaque
• Top and pants pull on, jacket has open front
• Great condition, the stitching on the waistband is a little wonky, but otherwise no notable flaws

Fit notes: knit has stretch, more fitted jacket with long length, high waisted flares, top has slight nipped in waist

Top: 33"-35" bust, 28" waist, 36" hem, 23" length

Jacket: 14" shoulder, 22" sleeve, 35" bust (open in front), 24.5" length

Pants: 24"-28" waist, up to 40" hip, 14" rise, 26.5" inseam, 38" length, 28" leg opening
