So good! Vintage 90s long black dress in a slim fitting cut with insanely good eagle crest engraved pewter buttons and contrast white button hole stitching all the way down. Plus! It has elastic suspender-like straps in the back. Fitted and fully lined allows you to wear this with or without a shirt underneath. From label Karen Kane, made in NYC, circa early 1990s. *top underneath not included
