Jewel Collar Velvet Mini Dress XS/S

So hot. Vintage soft velvet little black dress with a statement "jewel" gold sequin high collar and strappy back detail. She doesn't stop there though, there's delicate ruching along the left side and a curved overlapping panel on the front of the skirt to give some ease and appeal. Union label, made in USA, circa early 1990s.
 
• Size XS/S (marked 5/6, see measurements) 
• Rayon velvet, very luxe and soft with luster
• Fully lined with silky black acetate
• Hook and zipper down the back
• Excellent condition, the only flaw is a DIY zipper pull replacement, otherwise no notable flaws
