Hot to trot vintage periwinkle polka dot jumpsuit with the most epic ruffle sleeves fluttering down to the waistline. The bodice has full coverage with panels on the sides, subtle shoulderpads for a hint of structure and glossy black buttons down the back. Elasticized waist is perfect for adding a strong statement belt to cinch it all together. Along with punchy dots throughout, there are also whimsical white whisps in the print.
