 Magnificent and SO party ready! Vintage painterly floral and tic tac toe (!) print dream dress with a structured boned bustier bodice, sweet curved seamlines along the hip for a poufy hip detail framing the smooth center line. And then a voluminous high low ball skirt trimmed with crinolinne netting underneath and an extra large puffed bow in back.
