Rainbow Puffed Sleeve Dress S

Light and airy colorful dot print dress with wonderfully ballooned sleeves, slinky column silhouette, keyhole in back and all the colors of the rainbow on a black base. Looks good worn loose, but also great with a waist belt! No labels, circa 1980s.
