Roulette Sheer Moody Floral Dress XS-M

Sweetie semi-sheer robust tea rose floral print smock dress sporting pouf 3/4 length sleeves, soft gathering from the high bodice yoke, and a kicky ruffle at the hemline. Works great with a belt, or loose and even layered over pants. By label Roulette, circa 1970s.
