Ultra luxe all silk dress with jacquard glossy "bubble" like design in that wonderful deep sapphire blue hue. 40s throwback inspiration with padded shoulder pleated bodice, gathered flowy sleeve and swishy skirt cinched with a matching sash belt. Plus, pockets for the win! By label Jack Mulqueen of New York, made in China, circa 1980s.
