Sweetie cornflower blue dress with a kicky pleated skirt and matching gold buckle belt. Lovely details including a lightly padded shoulder, placket covered buttondown front, stretchy waist and best micro-floral print. By Leslie Fay, made in Guatemala, circa 1980s.
