Aphrodite Floral Ruffle Dress XS

Ethereal floaty floral dark chiffon dress with the loveliest sheer ruffled off-shoulder collar and fluttery hemline. The fitted bodice has a sheer underlayer at the bust, wide nipped in waistband with matching tie, and long ties at the neckline for wearing as a halter (these can also tuck in to wear the dress strapless). Union label, circa 1970s.
