Paisley power dress all the way, with an exaggerated dolman sleeve high neck bodice, nipped in waist and clingy pencil skirt bottom. Pair with a wide leather belt like this Vera one shown. There are buttons all the way down, to style in multiple ways - low neckline, high slit, all the way open.. The paisley is a dynamic one - very robust color combo with printed flourishes on top of plaid. Bonus: there are pockets!
