Swingy 1960s tunic/mini with with perfect pop of sparkle and joy. A classic mockneck style with voluminous sheer sleeves and wide buttoned cuffs for maximum balloon effect. The body of the dress is made from a matte black crepe and the hem is embellished with a thick band of metallic ribbon with shiny spherical beads, rhinestones, sequins, and faux pearls in a silver toned floral motif. A straight, short cut with relatively high side slits, it could be worn as a minidress with little shorts or briefs underneath and black tights or over a slim pant. No labels, circa 1960s.
