Kelly Smocked Fringe Pleat Dress S-L

Yes yes yes! Over the top vintage decadence. Super stretchy smocked bodycon fit with a pleated off the shoulder "collar", elastic construction inside at the arms, large rhinestone studded detail, and of course two layers of fringe around the hem. By label "Design Team 4-U Sportswear", made in NYC, circa 1980s.
