Mega drape and drama on this vintage disco days dress! Merlot burgundy color has an epic cape like bodice with slit flutter sleeves over a matching bodice and little bows at the shoulders. The fitted waist (with a bit of stretch) and flared a-line skirt keep the look feminine and flattering. Long zipper closure down the back.
