Nightime Floral Flutter Dress XS/S

Airy moody floral seventies dress with sheer capelet sleeves, wide smocked waistline under the surplice bodice, and fluttery midi hemline. The wide ruffle at the bottom gives such great flow and drama. No labels, circa 1970s.
