Ethereal sheer navy blue polka dot dress with high ruffled collar adorned with pleated trim and navy satin ribbon. The puffed sleeves have elastic cinched cuffs and plenty of drama. Comfortable fit with a stretchy waistband and flowy flared tea length hemline. By Montgomery Ward, circa 1970s.
