Neon Flower Power Maxi S/M

Busy and bright vintage maxi skirt with a trippy wonderland of flowers, polka dots and leaves in ultraviolet hues. High waisted fit has a generous flare to there, and a nice structure with the crisp barkcloth style fabric. No maker label, maybe handmade (well made!), circa 1970s.
