Sapphire Velvet 1930s Dress L

A total silk velvet dream. Draped bodice is perfect for voluptuous figures, with extra ruching and a low cut neckline above the wide notched waistband. Softly padded and puffed short sleeves, metal Talon side zip, and paneled knee length skirt. Lovely weight for dancing! No label, well made with intricate construction, circa 1930s.
