Belle France Floral Tiered Skirt S

This skirt is 100% folksy girly goodness. Triple gathered tiers with lots of kick & volume (good for twirling or dancing). Cotton candy color combo with pink and turquoise flowers and mini vines. Wears well with high boots. The fabric is stamped belle france by Jane Schaffhausen, but the skirt looks handmade, circa 1970s.
