Literally 💃💃💃 Luxe ruby red silk in a smashing silhouette with four tiers of ruffles from a fitted hip, and a roomy dolman bodice with tapered wrists and a nipped in waist. The textile is embossed with diamond patterns and has a great lustrous sheen. From label Oleg Cassini, made in China, circa 1980s.
