Cassandra Velvet Dress Jacket S

Perfectly tailored full length glossy velvet dress/jacket garment. Beautiful detailing with dagger collar, subtle puffed sleeves, notched cuffs and small black buttons all the way down. Also works worn open and layered, duster style. Union label, no brand tag, circa 1970s.
