Perfect dark gray winter skirt by a lady we can count on - Liz Claiborne. Very full swingy hemline is balanced by a high waist with peplum flap detail and inverted pleat detail at the center. Skirt has slit pockets at the sides (very handy) and a zip/hook closure in back. Fully lined.
