Boogie Group Flowy Top S-L

Where to begin?! One of those mystery tops.. Long and flowy short sleeve open front blouse has a double panel over the front, that can tie or just drape down effortlessly. The soft rayon fabric has a sassy print of paint splatter, squiggles, zigzags and type that we can't quite decipher. Collared neckline, raglan sleeves and long length. By label Mode et Mode "Boogie Group", circa 1980s.
