Starburst Beaded Chiffon Poncho S-L

So..pretty! Soft and airy black sheer chiffon double layer poncho top with a sparkling beaded design radiating from the high collar. The keyhole in back has two chunky bauble buttons over the hook closure. No labels, well made, circa 1970s.
