Miss Elliette Twirly Tulip Dress M

This pleated polka-dotted pop floral dress is perfectly springy. Fitted through the bodice, it has a nipped in high waist and full pleated mini skirt with lots of flirty movement. The fun multicolored print has alternating panels of stripes and polkadots in white and kelly green with a bonafide garden of blooming tulips and daisies in bright highlighter hues. Adorable on its own, add a wide belt at the waist and top it with a bright trench or denim jacket. By label Miss Elliette of California, circa 1960s.
