70s Velvet Vest S

Chocolate brown velvet vest is a cinch to dress up with a flowy skirt (or wide leg pants) and down with denim or a pleated mini. Rich soft cotton velvet has a princess seam fitted shape with pointed hem, high back and 4 wood-like buttons in front. Satin lined.
