Cool and classic (and universally flattering) short sleeved maxi dress in a deep periwinkle blue with small filigree pattern. Full length button front closure, half waist tie in the back to give it shape, and a wide scooped neck.

Fits: XS (marked 2) lightly fitted at the bust (shouldn't be too tight bc of button closures), adjustable waist and flowing skirt
Fabric: 100% soft lightweight rayon
Condition: Great, no signs of wear except for one annoying but not too major spot near the hem (see in last pic)
